Thank you for your interest in our services. Please read the details of the appointment carefully before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

Important Information:

Compulsory Deposit Fee:​

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

• Ensure your availability before confirming your booking date and time as the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cannot be rescheduled for another appointment.

 

Payment:

 

• The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer on the day of your appointment.

• Full payment is required upon arrival before any service is carried out.

 

Service Selection:

 

• Please book the correct service. If a lower-cost service is selected on the day of the appointment, you will still be required to pay the full amount for the originally booked service.

 

Customisation of Frontals & Closures:

 

•  Hair must be brought to us at least 3 days before your appointment.

• A £25 fee applies if hair is dropped off late.

• If we receive your hair less than 24 hours before your appointment, an emergency fee

• will be added to your balance (this applies even if the appointment was booked less than a week in advance).

• Drop-off times are from Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

Emergency Appointments:

 

• Appointments scheduled less than 3 days before the appointment date will be classed as emergency appointments and incur an additional £35 charge.

• For walk-in emergency bookings, contact us at 07910155246.

December Bookings:

 

• Bookings from the 1st to the 15th of December will incur an additional £10 charge.

• Bookings from the 16th of December to the 8th of January will incur a premium charge of £25.

Services SELLIE BEAUTY Provides

Late Bookings:

 

• Bookings made after 6 pm will be subject to an extra charge of £10 for the 6 pm and 7pm slots.

Social Media Content:

• We may capture photos during sessions to use in our social media content. If you’d prefer not to be featured, there will be an option to opt out your privacy and comfort are important to us.
