1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Customised or pre-ordered items may take 5-7 business days for processing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs, lace frontals, or bundles due to hygiene reasons.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a resolution.

6. Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

  • If your parcel is missing, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us for further assistance.
