Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE PLACING A DEPOSIT. BY CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. 1) ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES By booking an appointment with Sellie Beauty, you acknowledge and accept all terms of service, including: Late drop-offs will result in additional fees. Premium charges, including late fees and rescheduling fees, apply where necessary. If a service is booked incorrectly, you agree to pay the correct price upon correction by a member of staff. 2) REFUNDS All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances unless Sellie Beauty cancels the appointment. No refunds will be issued for payments made after attending a service. If you experience an issue with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. If the issue is due to our error, we will schedule a correction service. Complaints made after 24 hours will not be considered. In case of an allergic reaction, Sellie Beauty is not responsible as we cannot predict individual responses to our products. Clients must inform the stylist of any product restrictions prior to service. A written confirmation of product restrictions is required before the service. 3) LATENESS AND DELAYS Appointment start times may be subject to slight delays due to demand. Sellie Beauty is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these delays. 4) PAYMENT The remaining balance must be paid using the business’s approved payment methods. Full payment is required upon arrival before the service is carried out. 5) DECLINING SERVICE Sellie Beauty reserves the right to decline service under any circumstance. 6) NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN No extra guests or children are allowed in the salon at any time. Only scheduled clients with confirmed appointments may be in the building. 7) NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend an appointment without canceling via email at least one week before the scheduled date will result in the full service fee being deducted from your card on file. This policy applies even if the appointment was booked less than a week in advance. 8) SERVICE SELECTION Clients must book the correct service. If a lower-cost service is mistakenly selected, the client is still required to pay the full amount of the originally booked service. 9) CUSTOMIZATION OF FRONTALS AND CLOSURES Hair must be dropped off at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment. A £25 late fee applies for hair dropped off late. Hair dropped off less than 24 hours
